Harmony Management Group formed out of the need for reliable HOA management paired with an understanding of the Inclusionary Housing Ordinance in Denver and affordable home ownership. Harmony provides professional association management for both moderately priced market rate homes and affordable housing developments. Their mission is to provide homeowners with specialized service, educational resources and reasonable fees.
As a homeowner in one of our communities, you are offered free biannual HOA-101 training. We believe the best communities are filled with informed people. We host these events to educate homeowners on a variety of topics including insurance coverages, landscaping pitfalls and successes, governing documents and community building. Each year these events become more and more popular, proving an informed community is a prosperous community.
Michelle Lee is one of the founders of Harmony Management Group. She believes that communities need strong leadership from board members and a focus on communication with a cooperative spirit. As a management company we foster these attributes through education and mediation. Commitment to the job and clarity in action are the keys to success for the Harmony team.
Michelle has a background in finance with an emphasis in real estate and 10 years of experience managing homeowner associations for builders and developers. She is skilled in project financing strategies, acquisition and development. She has most recently worked as a housing developer for Mercy Housing and as an affordable housing consultant to Forest City Stapleton.
Michelle is also CMCA® and AMS® certified and holds her Colorado CAM license through DORA.
Barbie has been serving the HOA industry for 20+ years in various capacities. Barbie works to support Community Managers, processing Design Review submittals, returning phone calls and emails and addressing basic accounting inquiries. Her professionalism is an asset to our team.
As Customer Relations Manager, Lisa works to deliver results for clients whether it be an accounting, covenant enforcement or general association matter. Lisa’s years of professional, administrative and life experience support clarity and communication to our level of overall service.
This team of individuals covers a diverse background of property management, construction, customer service, graphic design, and paralegal. The team works to provide support services to the dedicated Community Association Leaders and Managers. Their skills and strategic planning experience help Association partners identify, build upon and achieve their goals, fostering a sense of Community among members. They recognize the importance of open communication and emphasize solution-driven dialogue in support of Board Members and Community Managers.
