Harmony Management Group formed out of the need for reliable HOA management paired with an understanding of the Inclusionary Housing Ordinance in Denver and affordable home ownership. Harmony provides professional association management for both moderately priced market rate homes and affordable housing developments. Their mission is to provide homeowners with specialized service, educational resources and reasonable fees.
As a homeowner in one of our communities, you are offered free biannual HOA-101 training. We believe the best communities are filled with informed people. We host these events to educate homeowners on a variety of topics including insurance coverages, landscaping pitfalls and successes, governing documents and community building. Each year these events become more and more popular, proving an informed community is a prosperous community.
Michelle Lee is one of the founders of Harmony Management Group. She believes that communities need strong leadership from board members and a focus on communication with a cooperative spirit. As a management company we foster these attributes through education and mediation. Commitment to the job and clarity in action are the keys to success for the Harmony team.
Michelle has a background in finance with an emphasis in real estate and 10 years of experience managing homeowner associations for builders and developers. She is skilled in project financing strategies, acquisition and development. She has most recently worked as a housing developer for Mercy Housing and as an affordable housing consultant to Forest City Stapleton.
Michelle is also CMCA® and AMS® certified and holds her Colorado CAM license through DORA.
Steve Mitchell is the most recent HOA Manager to join Harmony Management. Steve has been in property and facility management since 2005. Steve began performing facility management and maintenance at the local YMCA’s. Steve then moved to apartment leasing, management, and maintenance for several years. Eventually this led Steve to HOA community management, first as an onsite manager at a high rise in downtown Denver, then as a portfolio community manager. Steve has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation and his Colorado CAM license through DORA.
Barbie has been serving the HOA industry for 20+ years in various capacities. Barbie works to support Community Managers, processing Design Review submittals, returning phone calls and emails and addressing basic accounting inquiries. Her professionalism is an asset to our team.
Debra works to provide support services for teams of dedicated Community Association Leaders and Managers. Her leadership and strategic planning experience helps Association partners identify, build upon and achieve their goals, fostering a sense of Community among members. She recognizes the importance of open communication and emphasizes solution-driven dialogue in support of Board Members and Community Managers.
Debra’s HOA career of 15 years includes experience in the Community Association and property management industries, centering on Community Association Manager Training and Development. Debra began with Portfolio Management leading to Large Scale, Mixed-Use, Master/Sub, On Site and High Rise management associations, Metro District oversight and developer consulting. She has senior-level corporate experience in nearly all facets of the industry and a proven strength of leading teams to higher levels of service.
Her passion in life is in providing expert professional guidance to her clients and the direction to teams in exceeding the ever changing needs of today’s Community Associations.
Debra holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designations.
As Customer Relations Manager, Lisa works to deliver results for clients whether it be an accounting, covenant enforcement or general association matter. Lisa’s years of professional, administrative and life experience support clarity and communication to our level of overall service.
